The aim of training is transferring Coaching practices and techniques to Executives. Executives are particular Coachees, with a relevant professional seniority and accustomed to manage complex responsibilities; these features make Executive Coaching a specialization requiring a good knowledge of business organizational contexts, but most of all it requires the ability to express Coach identity with authority and leadership, alternating exploration moments to coachee challenging ones. The final aim of the workshop is to acquire and reinforce these abilities.
The workshop issues 16 CCE -‐ Core Competencies credits.
